Yes, we do deliver to shipping addresses which are different than the billing address, but not for our first time customers. 

If it is one of your first times ordering with us, we advise you ship to the billing address of the payment method used. We reserve the right to revise your purchase and contact you if any information needs to be changed. This policy is in order to reduce fraudulent orders and to protect our customers.

There is one exception to bypass this rule; PayPal Express. For those who are first time customers who are placing orders of a large amount to a different address than their billing one on their credit card, they can place the order with PayPal Express as this method adds another security layer to such orders. Please note that PayPal Express is within the cart itself, not at checkout (only regular PayPal at checkout). PayPal Express is as shown below:
