If you see a "Cartridge Problem" error message on certain printer using 934XL/935XL, 950XL/951XL, 970XL/971XL inkjet cartridges, you need to upgraded firmware.
New firmware might cause these printers to have issues with non-HP cartridges. If your printer has this problem, you can click the following link to download the updated firmware and upgrade your printer. The cartridge problem will be solved.
