The majority of our deliveries are done on time, but there are some occasions that it might take a bit longer for your items to be delivered.  


If you are tracking your package on the courier’s website and notice that there is a problem with the delivery, please contact us at 1-866-979-7463, send us an inquiry or start a Live Chat session. We will be glad to open an investigation with them on your behalf (please note that this process can take up to 15 business days).  


If we get a confirmation from the courier that your parcel was lost, we can either resend you your order or refund it back to your method of payment.
